Almost EASTER?!?!?!

Ok, so I have SEVERAL half finished posts from the last three months, but that doesn't really do us any good now does it! I just want to check in, catch up, and share what we've been up to. Hopefully you and yours have been doing well. We've had a fantastic couple of months. I cannot believe that Caitlyn can sit up, roll over (well, from back to stomach anyway), and "talks" all the time. I think it is funny that she cannot yet roll the way that I consider to be easier (stomach to back) but I know it will all come too quickly.

The highlights are:
I went to my first concert! Daddy's band was "good." I enjoyed being out and meeting everyone, but I'm still not quite sure about the whole penguin suit thing!
Mommy and I are SOOOOO beautiful!
I've recently learned to enjoy my jump-up. Its always good for at least one yelp of excitement.
I LOVE Rice Cereal!!! (I also find it interesting and amusing that Daddy always plays with his tongue when feeding me!)This shirt is hilarious (Treble Maker--Grandpa Newman would be proud!)
Mommy took me to learn about the flower buds on our Bradford Pear trees (I loved them too!)
This is my current dismount from rolling over -- I average 1 out of 2 times that I can get my right arm out from under me.)
I'm a BIT of a showoff (if you couldn't already tell). My favorite place to ralph is dad's shoulder. As you can see, he REALLY loves it too!
Here is a picture of the whole gang at Kindermusik. Mom and I go every Monday. Dad was on Spring Break so he got to come too. My favorite part is all of the people (just like Dad) and my second favorite part is this rain stick!

This week I took my very first plane ride to Birmingham, Michigan. We visited my Aunt Jo and had a marvelous time. It was warm (like 73!) and sunny for two days, but on the third day my mom got her wish and it SNOWED!!! We had a wonderful time visiting with Aunt Jo, seeing the church where she works, meeting her friends, visiting local restaurants, and visiting the Henry Ford Museum (Dad's favorite--we were finally able to pry him out of there after FIVE HOURS!). Here are some of the photos!
Here Mommy and I are enjoying my first plane ride (everyone else enjoyed it shortly after this when I fell asleep!). I was PRETTY good; mostly I was just super-excited and kept doing little yelps of joy.

Daddy introduced me to snow, but putting some on my cheek, which I did not like so I tried to HIDE on Mommy! I do, however, have a hilarious video of me eating snow (DON'T WORRY, its not yellow!)
Surprisingly, I did not attempt to roll over in the snow, although you cannot keep me from rolling over on any other surface. I'm no dummy! I could feel how COLD that was on my back and KNEW I didn't want it on my face!
One night, Mom, Aunt Jo, and I had a little TOO much fun. Lucky for us, Daddy answered our one phone call.........and brought the $375 DOLLARS!!! (Mommy had quite a bit of explaining to do.........)
I probably wont remember it, but this is me, Aunt Jo, and Dad sitting exactly where Rosa Parks sat on that fateful day in December of 1955. It was pretty cool; the bus is now a part of a permanent exhibit at the Henry Ford which also includes a camp bed belonging to George Washington, the chair in which President Lincoln was assassinated the last Presidential Carriage, and 3 Presidential Limousines--including the one in which JFK was assassinated.

Hey Daddy, since you only post about once every THREE months...who do you think really reads these!?!?! Just you and me, kid!
